Return & Refund Policy – House of Brown

At House of Brown, we value your trust and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with high-quality products. If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right.


✅ Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

    • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags/packaging.


📦 How to Request a Return

    1. Email us at info@houseofbrown.in within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Provide:

      • Your order number

      • Clear photos and/or an unboxing video of the issue

      • A short description of the problem

    3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund within 2–3 working days.


💸 Refunds

    • Refunds for approved returns are issued to your original payment method within 4–7 working days after product verification.

    • In case of failed or canceled transactions, refunds are processed automatically within 7 business days.


⚠️ Important Notes

    • An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for defective or damaged items.

    • Returns due to personal preferences (fragrance, style, size, etc.) are not accepted.

    • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
